Student Highlight | Zach Meyer Gets Accepted Into Competitive Grad Program at FIEA

Zach Meyer is a graduate of Alma College. He joined the Guild in its early stages of development while he was a senior at the school. Meyer has a true gift when it comes to art design. He has a wide variety of game design experience, from learning the Unity engine in class to using the Game Maker engine for his New Media Studies senior project. Additionally, he is freelancing as a 2D animator for the Javacado Games indie team.

Meyer was recently accepted into Flordia Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA). FIEA is a graduate school of the College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Central Florida. The grad program is ranked 3rd in the world by the Princeton Review. Alma College Gaming Guild would like to highlight this

early achievement in Meyer's career. This program is incredibly competitive, and we can think of no other individuals who deserve this more.

Currently, Meyer is working on a side project he is calling Achary Factory. This is a "universe" where he is self-publishing related projects across several different mediums. These include books, comics, animated videos, and video games.
